Zoë with the fabulous St Louis Arches

Zoë Isadora Heywood is a third-generation circus performer and diligent 1st grade student.  She first appeared in the circus ring as a baby with a large pink sequined bow specially made by the wonderful Olinka Wallenda on her round, nearly hairless head.  She went on to ride Mikey the miniature pony in Circus Flora, to play a mischievous imp, to participate as "the kid" in Tino Wallenda's clown skit "The drunk and the lamp post," and has served as dancer and animal wrangler for pre-show menagerie scenes (no animals escaped the ring on Zoë's watch).

Zoë has enjoyed hanging upside down her whole life and even brushes her teeth upside down in the morning while hanging on aerial fabric. She and her mom have a fun mother-daughter trapeze act and are inventing other acts on a daily basis.  Zoë is currently working on several solo aerial fusion acts in her living room.  Zoë  is Co-Director of the Kid Unit of Cirque Passion.  It's primary mission is to make sure kids have fun with circus arts.
